Build a company sculpture with Maggie James

Build a sculpture that evokes the unique spirit and ethos of your company. Delegates work against the clock to create something of quality that can be showcased on company premises for all to admire. Show employees and the visiting community that yours is a company that embraces creativity and encourages constructive interaction outside the workplace by displaying the building process and the inspirations behind your design.

At the core of this session is the importance of key values, teamwork and leadership skills. It is an excellent activity for colleagues to interact in a new context, whilst exploring and reflecting on the values that connect individuals with your company. A professional facilitator will be supporting the group to analyse and give constructive feedback about group dynamics and individual roles.
