Adele studied at Cambridge University and London Contemporary Dance School and works as an independent dancer, choreographer, stilt artist and teacher.

She was a founder member of STOMP's European touring company performing with them in their sell out season at London's Royal Festival Hall, Jack Dee's Saturday Night, ITV and the Oscar-nominated film 'Brooms'.

Adele was head of movement, music and stilt training for the New Millemnnium Experience Company, training all perfomers for the central show of the Millennium Dome in Greenwich. She went on to become resident director, assistant chorographer, stilt coach and performer at the Dome.

Willie Russell's 'Dancin Thru the Dark' was Adele's first feature film as a dancer and she has appeared in numerous television programmes including the BBC's costume drama 'Witchcraft'. Adele choreographes for theatre, stage and television and was a recipient of a Year Of the Artist Award 2001 to research and develop break dance with the UK leading Break Dance artist Banksy.

In 2004 Adele abseiled down Canary Wharf Tower raising funds for the Lord Mayor's Appeal and taught the Lady Mayoress of the City of London to stilt.

As well as an experienced performer Adele is an excellent and inspiring teacher. She is dancer in residence at Queen's College Cambridge and has much experience leading communication and team-building workshops for businesses.
