Maggie James

Maggie James is Head of Art and Design Technology at The Perse School, Cambridge. She has developed sculpture within the school with great success, combining elements of artistic design with technological structure.

Maggie has a long-established track record in facilitating group-built sculpture-making, both in the public and private sector. The sculptures are designed, constructed and decorated in a single day, but are built to endure and to be displayed for all to enjoy.

Maggie has lived and taught in Cambridge for most of her professional life, and has worked extensively in the Middle East.
